Individualized Training to Improve
Learning and Life

My goal is to make positive changes in the lives of students, families and educators. I do this with techniques developed as a classroom teacher, principal, Certified Academic Language Therapist, through studies involving brain research, and through associations with Challenge Success and Mindful Schools. These programs help students, families and educators successfully integrate techniques that reduce stress and anxiety, as well as improve performance and satisfaction at school and in their lives. I’m dedicated to finding the best strategy for each individual or group with whom I work.

My mindfulness programs and other training programs can be delivered to individuals or groups of all sizes through seminars, workshops and one-on-one sessions. Some programs include a series of meetings and others are accomplished during a single session. Regardless, all programs are highly focused on methods that help participants quickly begin using techniques that will improve learning and life.
